Requirements and Issues

• Availability confirmed and date scheduled through the parish office
• $150 Rental Fee (check payable to St. Bernard Parish)
• $100 Security Deposit (separate check payable to St. Bernard Parish). This check will not be cashed - held pending no damages
• Return signed "Facility Usage / Indemnity Agreement"
• Provide a certificate of insurance through your homeowner coverage as directed (see instructions & sample - "additional insured" language required) -or- Purchase special events coverage
• Obtain keys within one week of rental date
• Clean facility to condition as found: put up tables/chairs, sweep, wipe if necessary, and bag garbage
• Return keys
• Assuming satisfactory inspection, receive security deposit back
